Your customer service is awesome! That's so cool that you actually took time to email me back with a clarification to your earlier response. (And, yes, everything has been working fine since then.) Also, you do the tracking right. It's nice that I get to see how many times of the day they visit, but not like... every 5 seconds when they return from my blog. Other trackers do that and it's WAY annoying. Thanks again!

We asked our current Premier members to tell us how StatSync makes them money. Here are just a few of the great tips they shared with us (paraphrasing):
On Viral Marketing...Keep an eye on your repeat visit counts. About 70% of the time it means that your visitor is showing a friend what you just posted, or blogging about it, or otherwise spreading the word for you. Whenever the repeat-visitor counts spike, whatever you just did is working. Do that again.
On Getting Feedback...From StatSync I can click through to my visitors' MySpace pages to see what they have to say about me. That inspires my own blogging, which inspires my fans to write even more. We feed upon each other.
Not sure of the best way to present new material on your MySpace page? Can't choose between two different alternatives?
Here's what I do... I'll try it one way one week, then try it the other way the following week. I watch the statistics after each new posting, and especially keep an eye on repeat visitors vs. new visitors. (StatSync just added some features that make this even easier.) The more compelling my material, the higher the numbers jump, on both counts.
StatSync shows me what other MySpace pages my fans are visiting. I take advantage of this ability to see what else they are into (besides my artwork). Sometimes it alerts me to a new competitor. Sometimes it points out opportunities for me to colloborate with another artist - either creatively or in business.
